Free Delivery in New Zealand
We’re currently delivering to New Zealand and Australian addresses only.
We're able to pack and send your parcel quickly. Our delivery partner is NZ Courier Post. Meaning fast delivery and ability to send to PO Boxes or Rural Addresses, no extra charges!
How much is delivery?
We offer free delivery within New Zealand!!!
However - Australia is $11 for Economy Tracked, arriving in 3-10 days.
What service do you send my parcel with?
NZ Post.
When using our non-signature required service, your parcel will be delivered right to your door. If no one's home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave your parcel at your door or nearby in a safe location, or if it's unsafe to do so, they'll leave a card to call. When using our signature required service, the courier will not leave your parcel without it being signed for. If no one is at the address to sign for your parcel, a card to call will be left with instructions on how to arrange collection or re-delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier. You can then track your parcel's journey via your tracking details in email.
Can I send my order to a business address?
Yes! Please remember to include the business name to ensure a swift delivery.
When will I receive my order?
We pride ourselves on our speedy delivery! Orders to most destinations within New Zealand are sent Mon-Fri on an overnight service so should be with you within 1-3 working days. For rural addresses, please allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery.
Australian orders are also tracked and should arrive within 3-10 days.
Do you have a click and collect option?
We do not currently have Click and Collect available. Please place your order on www.babyface.co.nz
